You may be used to finding technical product documentation on temperzone.biz. From now on, this documentation will be accessed through temperzone.com. While the process is slightly different, the good news is that all the same documents are available on our new site.

This quick guide will help you navigate the changes. Also, watch our quick guide navigation videos below.

Technical documentation for Current Products and Superseded Products is now stored in different sections of the website.
You will need to create a profile on temperzone.com before downloading documents. The first time you click a technical document, you will be prompted to register and log in.

In the main menu, go to Products → Browse all products (https://www.temperzone.com/products)
Select your country to view products available locally.
Navigate to the product category and range you need.
Technical documentation can be found at the bottom of each product range page.

Tip: You can also use the Home Page Search 🔍 to look for current products by model (e.g., OPA 970).

Please note: Superseded products will not appear in these search results. (See below for how to find them.)

Use the Superseded Search 🔍 on this page to find the model you need (e.g., OPA 100).
Alternatively, use the Browse function to search by Brand and Product Category.

Use fewer characters when searching to broaden results.
If you know the full model number (e.g., OPA 650RKTBH), try searching with a shorter version (e.g., OPA 650RKTB or simply OPA 650).
Whether you enter OPA 650 or OPA650, the correct product will still appear.
