Temperzone designs and manufactures HVAC equipment in our advanced manufacturing plants in Sydney, Auckland and Hamilton. Temperzone has recently completed a series of successful Factory Tours at our Auckland and Hamilton manufacturing facilities, welcoming customers from Wellington, Christchurch, and across Australia. These events provided a rare opportunity for guests to step inside New Zealand’s most advanced HVAC manufacturing operation and see firsthand how Temperzone systems are designed, built, and tested.
Our first event in the series took place on 26 September 2025, where we hosted customers from Wellington and Christchurch at our Auckland facility.
Guests were invited behind the scenes to explore Temperzone’s world-class manufacturing capability. From raw materials to finished products, the tour offered a comprehensive view of our elaborate processes in action. Visitors were able to see:
Attendees also learned about the latest product developments and innovations implemented across the Temperzone range, providing clear insight into how our technology continues to evolve to support commercial HVAC needs throughout New Zealand. Concluding with discussions and engagement between customers and members of our technical, production, and sales teams.
In early November, we were delighted to welcome customers from across Australia across two dedicated tours:
Sydney, Newcastle, and Melbourne
Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth
Across both visits, guests were guided through our Auckland manufacturing operations before travelling to our Hamilton facility to explore our AHU production processes.
These tours showcased the end-to-end manufacturing journey — from sheet-metal fabrication and component assembly through to testing and final inspection. Guests also received updates on innovations in our air-cooled, water-cooled, and chilled water systems, as well as advancements in Temperzone controls.
The Australian tours also provided valuable time for customers to meet and engage with our engineering, production, and sales teams, strengthening relationships and opening constructive discussions around future needs in the Australian market.
We extend a sincere thank you to everyone who joined us across the September and November factory tours. Your engagement, questions, and insights made each event a valuable experience for both our visitors and our team. Next year, we look forward to welcoming more customers on these factory tours as well as tours of our Sydney manufacturing facilities.
