Congratulations and Welcome Weng Fei Ho
Temperzone’s Human Resources Manager Phil Rush is pleased to announce that Weng Fei Ho has accepted the position of General Manager, Asia. Based in Temperzone’s Singapore office, he will lead the teams in Singapore and Jakarta.
Weng Fei comes to Temperzone with over 15 years’ experience in Air Conditioning sales and management. He gained experience on applied equipment in the commercial market and high volume sales in the residential and light commercial markets, while working extensively within the South East Asia Region.
Weng Fei’s qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from the National University of Singapore, combined with frequent seminars and training sessions, give him current skills that will enhance the team's effectiveness.
Welcoming Weng to the organisation means that Temperzone is on track with its International Growth Strategic Plan.
Combined with the opening in late 2014 of the Rep Office in Jakarta, Weng and his team will be able to better service the region. Temperzone’s focus is to make the most of opportunities arising in the region while continuing to provide high quality products and service for clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Recent project in Jakarta include Gandaria City, a city within a city. The ‘mixed use’ superblock includes a massive 301,374-square-metre Shopping Mall, with 2 Residential Towers, a 36 story Office Tower and a 300 room - 5 star International Hotel.
Temperzone in Singapore supplied 684 HWP (Ducted Water Cooled Packaged Air Conditioner) units for both the Office Tower and the Retail area.
While Kota Kasablanka is a 9.5 hectare project consisting of a retail mall, a hotel, a 30 story office tower, and two twin 32 story residential towers, over four levels of subterranean parking and building services.
The developer, Pakuwon Group of Indonesia, were so impressed with the way in which Temperzone Singapore managed Gandaria City that they would only negotiated with them to supply the specified 1077 HWP’s units to be used in the office tower and parts of the retail shopping mall.
