Temperzone supplies and delivers spare parts throughout Australasia, with overnight delivery services available for Metropolitan areas.

Our Spare Parts team consists of highly experienced staff who can assist you with drawings and even parts for Temperzone equipment up to 30 years old!

Start-up Assistance is a service available for Australian customers where we provide assistance with start up commissioning for all products across both Temperzone and Hitachi brands.

This is available in all major capital cities and selected regional areas. Whilst on-site, our Start-Up Assistance Team can assist in highlighting the products' advanced features and help customers achieve optimal levels of performance, data and control.

Technical Training


With training facilities located in Auckland, Sydney and Melbourne, customers can benefit from a wide range of hands-on interactive training sessions covering everything from installation, service and maintenance.

It is also a great opportunity to learn about the products' most innovative technologies and how they can be best applied to individual applications.

Off-site training is also a service offered for those situated in regional or metropolitan areas. Courses are certified by modules and training can be tailored to suit individual requirements.

Prompt Delivery


Time is money on-site. Temperzone have a vast network of warehouses and distribution networks to ensure quick and accurate delivery. Utilising software solutions such as SmartFreight, you'll be notified via SMS and email when your unit has been dispatched to assure alignment with on-site resources.

WiFi Service Utility (WSU) is a portable control interface that plugs directly into most Temperzone units. It allows you to monitor a wide range of operational parameters, view fault logs and even take control of the unit. It has its own WiFi network built-in and control and diagnostics can be operated remotely using a digital device such as smartphone, tablet or PC.
